Running is something different to all of us. For me it is a way to deal with stress, anxiety, and a way to suppress the demons that make everyday life a challenge. I am no guru or therapist but just a runner that finds helping others, and talking about how running helps me, to be therapeutic. I am a running coach and an athlete, not an elite one nor do I care to be, that wants to help those run their first mile without stopping or run their first ultra.
